- Dr. Dennis J. Korchinski, partner
- Dennis managed Systems Development in Decision Support Systems and created the
Information Center at Sikorsky Aircraft. Previously, he was a Systems Consultant at the
Hartford Insurance Group and had been a Professor of Mathematics at Fairfield University.
Dennis holds his PhD in Numerical Analysis from Adelphi University and also earned Masters

Michael Korchinski, recruiter - Prior to joining HIGH TECH, Michael successfully formed and managed his own business. He
specializes in a very focused approach to recruiting and marketing systems professionals,
with particular strengths in Networking, Web programming and emerging technologies.
Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Michael's College in Burlington,

John Gmuer, Retired- After 18 years with High Tech, John has retired as of March 31, 2004.
